Is an entrepreneur and investor. He is an experienced business man with a successful track record of investing, building and selling businesses, especially in the sport & media sector; Sept. 2008: Aproved in the examination of licensed F.I.F.A. Players´ Agent by F.P.F. (Portuguese Football Federation) with 15/20 points. Was the 2.nd best score in Portugal. Issued the License nr 88 of FPF and registered as Licensed FIFA Players Agent overseas in UK Association.

2005-2006: Accepted and enrolled for presentation of essay, to the attainment of the degree of master, in the College of Sport (Ex-FCEDEF- College of sciences of sport and the physical education), of the University of Oporto. He is structuralizing the thesis in Sportive Management, subordinated to the subject: "Sport Image Rights, its importance as a Marketing tool in the promotion of the athletes as assets. Methodologies using statistical and econometric tools to assess the market value of the players.", co-guided by PhD. Dionísio, Pedro.

2004-2005: Frequency and conclusion of the post-graduation in Sport Management in the UCP (Universidade Católica Portuguesa), Campus of Management and Economy of Foz - Oporto, with the final average of 15. He emphatizes the participation in a group work in the subject Leadership that deserved the acceptance for publication in editions of UCP and FCDEF. He lead one another group work, in the subject Sports Marketing, given by the PhD Pedro Dionísio, subordinated to the marketing plan of the SCBraga - Soccer SAD. This work was evaluated with distinction and recommendation of being applied as base of a real plan.

1989-1995: Conclusion of the degree in Marketing Management - specialization services, in the IPAM - The Marketing School, in Matosinhos, with final average of 14/20.

Distribution Company of products of great consumption, headquartered in Oporto. It is a joint-venture of the Remy-Cointreau group (3rd worldwide) with the group Porto Calem;

They are companies with the same shareholders. The Porta Nova - Drink Commerce and Distribution, Lda. is created from the house mother and producer of green wines, Quinta do Minho, S.A.

As a corporate financier, he has 20 years experience of transactions – buying and selling businesses, private equity, MBOs, fundraising and restructuring. His experience is across many different sectors, with deal sizes ranging from €1m to €1bn.

In addition to player representation and brokering deals he has extensive experience advising football clubs and owners across a wide range of matters including strategy, finance, due diligence and recruitment.
